The Exhibition Area of the conference will be open 10:00am to 7:00pm on Tuesday February 10 and Noon to 6:00pm Wednesday February 11. A welcome reception will be held Tuesday evening, from 5:30-7:00pm and we will have refreshments from 4:30pm-6:00pm on Tuesday. Further, on each day of the Exhibition, we’re having Lunch in the Exhibit Hall as well as breaks to give you more time with potential clients, customers, and contacts!

Rates and Spaces
Basic 10’x10’ Booth: $3,200 for VSF Members
Basic 10’x10’ Booth: $3,800 for non-VSF Members.
Exhibitor organizations renting full booths this year will be granted two complimentary Full conference registrations per booth (a $1300 value). We will also be granting one complementary food and beverage pass for Exhibit booth personnel (a $175 value) for each booth.
Please note that all additional Exhibit booth personnel food and beverage passes can be purchased for $175 per person, which allows them to participate in hospitality events only and not entry into conference sessions.
Exhibitor Registration
PLEASE NOTE that ALL booth personnel will be required to register for either the Full Conference or the exhibitor food and beverage pass. This does not apply for personnel that only participate in booth setup and tear-down.
Set-up and Break-Down
Booth set-up starts on Monday, February 9 at 1:00pm – 5:00pm and continues Tuesday starting 8:00am and must be completed by 9:30am. Booths must be torn down by 8:00 pm on Wednesday February 11.
